Leadership Seminar for Hospital Police Supervisors – at Lincoln Medical Center, Bronx, N.Y.

Tactical52 Instructors conducted an 8-hour Leadership Seminar as part of a collaborative training with NYC Health & Hospital’s Corporation at the Lincoln Medical Center, Bronx, New York on Monday, June 26, 2023

The Seminar consisted of 3 Modules – Leadership, Ethics and Communication Skills – Ken Abrams also administered the DISC Behavioral Assessment Tool for each participants’ professional learning development.

Presently, DISC assessments are the leading personality assessment tool, used by over 40 million people. It promotes increased communication skills for individuals, teams, and leaders as well as enriching workplace culture.

Ken Abrams is certified to administer, debrief, and conduct Everything DISC workshops.

During the leadership module, Tactical52 Instructor Ivan Rios presented a Case Study (virtually) to teach the students about effective management, decision-making skills, and interpersonal strategies at the workplace.
